Chicago, IL – July 28, 2009 – Clerity, a full-service provider of mainframe migration and modernization solutions, today announced the appointment of Jeff Hacker as vice president,
Adabas Natural modernization practice. Hacker's appointment follows Clerity's strategic growth as an end-to-end provider of products, services, and tools that significantly lower annual operational costs and provide an optimized environment for the ongoing evolution of legacy application and data assets.
With over twenty years of executive experience, Hacker will oversee business activities, including product and service development, and the integration of acquisitions related to Clerity's plans for future market growth in the Software AG migration and modernization space.

Most recently, Hacker served as a Director of Global Alliance Development for Software AG where he helped establish a Global Partner Program focused on building strategic alliances with the world's top system integrators, including BearingPoint, CSC, HP EDS, and Satyam. Prior to Software AG, Hacker held instrumental business development and executive sales roles at firms including NCR/Teradata and Thompson Learning.
