Francis Feldman
Vice President,

Securities Industry Automation Corporation
Mr. Francis Feldman is Vice President of the Shared Data Center for the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC), a technology services arm of the NYSE Group. Mr. Feldman is responsible for mainframe systems, mainframe and distributed operations covering real-time and batch processing, as well as enterprise centralized storage efforts at SIAC.
Mr. Feldman has more than 26 years experience managing software development, operations, and systems.
Prior to leading the Shared Data Center team at SIAC, Mr. Feldman was a consultant in a diverse set of software development verticals that supported the financial, medical, and media industries.
At The Bank of New York, Mr. Feldman was a Director of Systems Software/AVP with responsibility for management of the bank's mainframe computer complex. At The Bank of New York, he designed and developed securities processing and personal trust applications. Mr. Feldman also headed up the bank's ISAM to VSAM and BTAM to VTAM assembler conversions.
Mr. Feldman holds a Master of Science, Management of Technology Degree from Polytechnic University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of The State of New York.

Brandon Edenfield is President and Founder of Clerity Solutions having started the company in 1994. Mr. Edenfield has been working in the Open / Distributed and Legacy IT systems community for over 25 years and is one of industry recognized thought leaders in enterprise application migration & modernization. In this capacity Mr. Edenfield has held various positions in his career including programmer, systems analyst, operations manager, CIO and Corporate Officer of a publicly traded financial institution. In many of these positions, legacy environments were at the core of the IT infrastructure.
From an operational perspective, Mr. Edenfield plays an active role in all aspects of the business including sales, services delivery, product development and roadmap management, support and finance. As the visionary driving Clerity Solutions, Mr. Edenfield’s main focus is to create offerings to assist companies in leveraging their existing legacy or new modern technology to improve their business processes, lowering the total cost of operations or improving upon their ability to service their current and future customer base.
