Program Highlights

Clerity can tailor a program specific to a partner organization's individual needs and requirements including all or any of the following features at no charge to our partners:
Partner client Protection
Free presales infrastructure support for all infrastructure issues relating to partner client opportunities
Immediate registration of the opportunity with manufacturers to ensure proper protection and pricing for each opportunity
Participation in presales technical meetings with partner
Architecture, configuration and pricing of all infrastructure products on behalf of partners
Preparation of appropriate Statement of Work documents for any services to be performed by Clerity. This includes scope, deliverables, assumptions, pricing and delivery schedule
Delivery of product configurations, pricing and Statement of Work documents to partner for delivery to their client
Implementation of any infrastructure components requested by partner for client installations
Clerity will receive training on partners specific software products to extend our value as an overflow mechanism for partner's services bench where appropriate
Partner may invoice client directly on their own paper or expose Clerity as the partner and have Clerity bill the client for infrastructure components if so desired

Partner client Protection

Clerity understands that clients are the most valuable asset possessed by our partners. The goal of this partnership is to increase the partner's ability to provide solutions to their clients and not to have Clerity try in any way to take business away from our partners. For this reason Clerity works with each partner to determine the appropriate level of account protection before we engage in our first deal. Some partners want to participate in the initial deal and want nothing to do with any future infrastructure issues of the client. Some partners want to be protected on the initial infrastructure deal and want to participate in future projects only as it relates to their specific software. Other partners, more hardware focused, want to participate in any deal that comes from the client. Clerity can accommodate any reasonable client protection arrangement requested by our partners. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand this very sensitive issue and be flexible with our partners.

Participation in presales technical meetings with partner

Clerity can be viewed as an independent partner or can be presented to the client as part of the partners' infrastructure and professional services team.
